For the best process, a good brief, clear visual references and a straightforward moodboard help me work much faster.

I have the right to decline your commission request if I know for sure myself cannot do it/accept it.

Every piece will come with a free simple background.

All the price listed already includes transfer fees.

Complex backgrounds/add-ons/objects' fees: depends on the complexity, starting with $30.

Additional character: 80%-90% of one character's price depending on commission types.

Revision fee: free revision up to 3 times, after that each revision cost $5 each.

NSFW art: base price +$50 (can be higher)

Prices may vary. I can charge higher than the shown prices if the piece is overly detailed, including complex to tricky angles/poses, extra accessories/objects, etc. Simple pose: neutral front, side, 3/4 standing pose, neutral front, side, 3/4 sitting pose with little or no perspective and with simple or no lighting calculation. Complex pose: poses with perspective relevant to background; poses with complex lighting; some specific body types and proportion between characters or several elements above combined.

Complexities that can make the price higher include but not limited to: Semi or excessively detailed character designs (like in Honkai: Star Rail, Genshin Impact, FFXIV, etc); acessories; any elements that have to be designed/re-designed to fit into the theme; architectural backgrounds, anything that has to be dealt with in perspective.

Private commission: +30% total price.

I may use the commissioned works to post on social media as commission samples in the future (with smaller size, lower quality and watermark) unless we agreed upon making it non-public beforehand, which will cost you extra.

You can post the commission work elsewhere (social media) as long as you credit me (any of the following names are fine: DA: phuongk_; Twitter: niwa0_ ; Instagram: niwadraws).

You may not claim the commission work as your own, edit/set it up as redistribution/re-sell to any third party markets or use for personal profits.

Commissioned works are used for non-commercial purpose only. For commercial purposes, please state first and we will discuss the price.

You cannot use sketches, wips (work in progress stuff), screenshots in the progress of completing a commission I have done for any other purposes except personal use or for ordering commission from me.

Do not use my works for anything related to AI-training, NFTs, cryptocurrency or future inventions in the space.

At stage 1, feel free to state specifically what kind of mood you want, your prefered color pallette/outfit/overall mood and include clear, full color photo reference/inspiration for it if you have them in mind. The more details you provide the better. Be reminded that you already have the general idea of what you want me to portray, I can make suggestion and recommendation for the purpose of making a good execution based on my art knowledge and your preferences. Text description is fine, as long as it has the vital visual references attached with them.

At stage 2, I will send you screenshot of the sketch (with poses, overall colors, backgrounds,...) and you can ask me to make some minor changes, i.e hands, feet, small accessories, small details, etc. (up to three times). After you have approved the sketch, any major changes will cost extra.

You won't be charged if I miss any details from the references you have provided. After the approved sketch, please make your first-half/full payment before progressing.

At stage 3, I will provide one to two color variation, if there are any suggested fixes from me you will not have to pay whether you agree or decline.

At stage 4, I will inform you for each major adjustment when finalizing the piece. If there are any major fixes that weren’t mentioned before, it will be counted towards the final cost per fix. Again, you won’t be charged if there are any details that I missed from the reference.

I accept Paypal and Wise (in USD) and I cannot offer refunds. With Wise, I can offer a 5% off the total price.

Payments are usually paid in two installments (50-50) or fully paid up front (100).

Via Paypal, the invoices are due to 7 days after receiving them. Please pay them before due day, otherwise the commission order will be cancelled.

Expected time of delivery is counted from the approved sketch.

If you have a deadline please state it beforehand, at least three weeks since I don’t usually take rush commission. Otherwise the deadline is minimum two months (8 weeks) and maximum of four months (16 weeks) starting from the approved sketch. Usually I will always prioritizing finishing a painting as early as possible.
